Servo opened March 2025 in the iconic corner site of the Kowloon Dairy building located at the end of On Lan street, Central. For several decades this site was previously known as Uncle Eric’s Vintage Wine Bar, a rather discreet but well-loved Hong Kong institution.
Appreciating the heritage of this location we wanted to create a neighbourhood atmosphere that would be an oasis for guests wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Central, a perfect place to refuel, recharge and reward.
We are incredibly proud and grateful of our team at Servo who we call the “Larrikins”. Their friendly, welcoming spirit helps emphasize that “neighbourhood-locale vibe”.
Quite simply Servo is a place full of characters with good-hearted Aussie spirit.
